Cross country slopes in Ahrntal valley and Sand in Taufers/Campo Tures - Info and details:
- In the village Rein in Taufers-Riva di Tures at 1500 m, 4 different tracks from 3 to 15 km with different levels of difficulty are maintained, also the new biathlon training centre is situated in Rein in Taufers.
- The 16 km long Mühlwald-Lappach trail starts at the restaurant “Meggima on the Lake” in Mühlwald/Selva dei Molini and leads through meadows and fields and past to mountain farms to Lappach/Lappago.
- The Alps village Weissenbach-Rio Bianco at 1300 m attracts many visitors with the 10 km long trail with a total of 110 m difference in altitude.
- The Sun-trail Casere-Kasern and Santo Spirito-Hl. Geist at the end of the Valley completes the whole. The 3 to 15 km long cross country ski trail is suitable for any age group and as the name suggests, this cross-country skiing centre in the furthrest mountain village is very Sun-exposed.
