Our Exhibitors: Ambassadors of Taste and the Heartbeat of the Cheese Family

The Cheese Festival in Sand in Taufers is not an off-the-shelf event – it is a vibrant network, grown from passion, trust, and a love for authentic products. When the doors open in March 2026, we won't just be welcoming vendors to their stalls. We will be welcoming our Ambassadors of Taste.

A family grown over the years

What makes our festival so unique is its consistency. Many of our exhibitors have been with us since the very beginning. Over the years, they have grown together into a true "cheese family." They know each other, respect each other, and share a vision of uncompromising quality. For our producers, the trip to Sand in Taufers is like a "homecoming" among like-minded friends.

Meeting at eye level

The Cheese Festival is the place where the distance between producer and connoisseur disappears. People talk shop, laugh, and taste together. Our exhibitors take their time to explain the subtle nuances between the stages of aging and provide insights into their daily work on the farms and in the dairies.

We are proud to have these wonderful people and their products with us. It is they who make the festival what it is: a celebration of the senses, of heritage, and of quality.
