Booth conditions and registration for exhibitors

Booth conditions & prices

Facilities
Each booth includes a standard area of 2 square meters with:

  • 1 exhibition table
  • 1 exhibitor lettering
  • 1 power outlet (220 V - If you need a separate or extended power connection, please contact the organisational office)
  • 1 dustbin

    A limited number of refrigerated display cases is provided by the organizers for a rental fee of € 350.00 (plus VAT.)

 

Booth rental
For the standard version of the exhibitor booth, the following fees will be charged:

  • Direct marketers: 450 € (VAT not included)
  • Other exhibitors: 600 € (VAT not included)

    In der Standmiete enthalten sind auch die Fixkosten für das Ausstellungsgelände (Beleuchtung, Heizung, Reinigungsarbeiten, Müllentsorgung und Wachdienst) sowie zwei Ausstellerausweise und der Eintrag unter www.kaesefestival.com.

 

EARLY BOOKING BONUS!
If you confirm your booking and pay the total amount within 31.12.2025, we offer a discount on the booth rental fee (see registration form).

An extension of the exhibition area is possible on request (please contact the organisational office) – an extra charge will apply!

The payment of the rental fee plus possible additional costs must be made by bank transfer to the account at the Raiffeisenkasse Tauferer Ahrntal/Campo Tures (account holder: Tourism Office in Campo Tures, Josef Jungmann-Str 8, 39032 Campo Tures.):

Registration

We would like to point out that exhibitor spaces are limited and that registrations will be accepted in the order they are received.

 

Assembly and dismantling of exhibitor booths

Booth set-up:

The booths can be set up by the exhibitors at the following times:
Thursday, 12.03.2026 
from 7.00 am until 9.00 pm.
NOTE: No access to the exhibitor area by car on Friday, 13.03.2026 starting 8.00 am.
Please make sure you’ve delivered everything to your booth before that time! THANK YOU!

 

Booth dismantling: 

The dismantling has to take place on Sunday 15.03.2026, immediately after the end of the event.
NOTE: In the night from Sunday to Monday, there will be no security guard on duty.
Exhibitors are requested to take this fact into account.
