It only turns into microplastics and remains in the environment. Waste causes hygiene and ecological problems in nature and the environment. The soil and water courses are polluted by it. Moreover, people and animals can be injured by the waste that is lying around.
The best waste is the waste that isn’t produced at all!

- Never leave anything behind in the landscape.
- Pack snacks in reusable boxes.
- Avoid plastic bottles and drink tap water.
- Anything that is carried up the mountain should be brought back to the valley again.
- Always carry an emergency toilet roll in your rucksack.
- Only pack the essential in your rucksack.
- Separate and correctly dispose of any litter once you are back home again.
