CHEESE FESTIVAL | Taste experience: Sweet sunday morning

Karuna Chocolate is a small artisanal “bean-to-bar” manufacturer in the heart of South Tyrol, producing 25 types of organic chocolate from bean to bar. Carefully selected premium cocoa beans, hand-roasted with passion, become chocolates for connoisseurs, each with its own distinctive aromatic profile. Armin focuses on ethical raw materials, plastic-free packaging, and complete transparency at every stage of production.

We will taste single-origin crus as well as exciting new creations, such as chocolate with evaporated gin, a barrel-aged chocolate matured in Port wine barrels, and a plant-based white chocolate—completely dairy-free—flavored with Madagascar vanilla. In addition, we will sample the latest product, the dragees, and discover the origin and story of each ingredient.
