In July 2026, the 17th edition of the International Wood Sculptors' Symposium took place in the Ahrntal Valley. Once again, selected artists received a platform to present their work.
The village of Steinhaus/Cadipietra was once again transformed into a spacious open-air studio, where ten selected sculptors from around the world brought their unique interpretations to life by creating impressive sculptures from raw larch logs. The theme of the 2026 symposium was: “Alpine Animals from the Valley to the High Mountains”.
