CHEESE FESTIVAL | Taste experience: Save the Gamalost!

Jan Peter Aursnes is the author of two books on Norwegian cheese, a member of the British Academy of Cheese, and a board member of the association Norsk Gamalostlag. He presents new and exciting creative cheeses from Norway, as the country has made remarkable progress in the development and production of quality cheese over the past 25 years. We will taste a unique and wonderful selection of innovative Norwegian cheeses. For the first time in South Tyrol, cheeses ranging from fresh Kubbeost to Kristines myke, Barents Beste, Bufast, Kivit and others, up to the fascinating blue cheese Kraftkar, will be tasted.

The film “THE LAST CHEESEMAKER” on the topic will be shown free of charge afterwards for all interested participants.
