Nature experience trail

Bringing people close to nature …

...this is the aim of the nature experience path in Sand in Taufers. The circular path is about 3 to 4 miles long and was partially financed by the village of Sand in Taufers and the Department for Natural Parks.

Its logo is a squirrel, which accompanies the hiker from one station to the next. Many themes are touched on: nature, fauna, flora, geology, mythology, legends, myths ….. Interesting ideas such as a look-out platform make the circular path even more attractive.
